Very Cool!! Seems a lot more mellowed out than previous versions. Doesn't lose any edge though... Very polished!! the vox in this song are awesome. Pure Pop Dolls Excellence!

Definitely feels different to the original, and I agree it does seem a little more mellowed. Its still a cool song though. Vocals are noticeably clearer, which is always a good thing , it will take a few listens of this one to get the loyalty to the first one out of my system but definitely a great job. Looking forward to your cd

Whoa! Man, this is a lot like some of my favorite music back in the early 80's (Classix Nouveaux, Wire, Ultravox, etc.) But at the same time you guys have a very unique sound, especially by today's standards. Terrific work on the final cut for the CD - production touches are great. Congrats!

This was the first song I every experienced from Pop Dolls. Definitely something to be proud about you two. Its always reminded me of a 'rocket launching' the vocal clips sound like a count down voice. I have to really say that this is really really refined compared to the demo version. The synths sounds very pure. The bass and vocals are more prominent. The guitars are crisp. The oooohs are so emotional. I like the whole energy in this song, I mean you went nowhere wrong. Maintained the Pop Dolls sound while making it sound even better! Excellence

i dig the new effects, is that organ thing new? it works really well with the mix. the cymbal tones are a little too GM IMHO, but it does add to the plastic feel of this track. the harmony between Babs and Vince reminds me of the couple that made up Timbuk 3, especially with that clean comp'd muted guitar chunging.

Great feel throughout. I love the low level background vocals that are woo-ing and ooo-ing here and there. They create a special mood that is very dreamy. Very transporting.

Right now I'd love to be able to turn the volume of it up and get it's full effect, but it's a bit late.
Loving the synth'd drums and the guitar working with the vocal "ayyyyyy"s.
Lead vocals are top notch as are the male backing. When the vocals repeat though (one line finishes and comes around again further back in the mix), I'd love to hear them come in a little bit earlier than they do, but I don't know how good that'd sound, they just jerk in almost.
Other than that, can't say anything less than "fantastic". Truly is a great song, well done. Well produced as well. In the words of someone, "Fookin' A".

This is kewl........ the arrangement is kewl - all changes work well and really aren’t predictable. Produced & mixed well - a lot going on but it's not crowded - still plenty of space to breathe.
Things I hear that are missing is an occasional harmony on the guitar line and drum cues or a variation of that type.
Vocals work well - pitch wanders a little but that seems to work ok in this and is not distracting.
I like it - Good Job

Much cleaner than the original. Still, I love the original. This just seems somewhat empty. Too much space. Perhaps that's more appropriate for the Pop Dolls, a little more accessible, but I loved that ambient, all-encompassing fullness of the first. It's like comparing the first Cheap Trick album with the second - the first punches you in the face with a wall of sound, the second, in being cleaner, loses the energy and fullness. Perhaps it's just a case of how loud you listen to the song. And I wouldn't be suprised if this song is soon to be played in dance clubs around the globe, where they normally turn up the music really loud. I'm sorry to criticize, but my comment here is little more than a comparison of the old version to the second. It's still one of the best pop/electronic songs I've heard in my life, and I stand by that even though I like the production of this version less.

This one sounds really clean, and there's that great technopop feel with the synths... Really, I'm hard pressed to decide whether I like one version more than the other... the original was dark, rich in texture, and very mysterious... and this is every bit as arresting, but it's like I'm seeing it in the daylight! Both versions, please... and this one gets playlisted, of course!
